Living in your new home
Here’s what to expect once you’ve settled in, and what we’ll do behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.
As a tenant, you’re responsible for keeping your home clean and in good condition, reporting any maintenance issues promptly, and paying your rent on time. We’ll provide you with a full inventory at the start of your tenancy so you know exactly what’s expected.
We’re responsible for maintaining the structure of the property, ensuring all gas and electrical safety checks are up to date, and dealing with any repairs that arise during your tenancy. Your safety and comfort are our priorities.
We carry out regular property inspections to ensure everything is in good working order. These are scheduled at convenient times and we’ll always give you proper notice. Inspections are an opportunity for you to raise any concerns and for us to spot any maintenance needs early.
When it’s time to move on, we’ll arrange a check-out inspection and compare the property condition against the original inventory. We’ll process your deposit return promptly and fairly, keeping you informed throughout.
