Tenant Find Only

The best tenants at the maximum rent. That’s what we deliver in our Tenant Find Only option.

This includes an in-person property valuation from one of Rosevale’s experts, as well as advertising, viewings, and thorough tenant reference checks. We also take care of initial rent and deposit processing, inventory preparation and all the paperwork.

Tenants pay rent directly to you each month as soon as we hand the property back to manage. A great option for pro-active landlords
